Sandwich Panels Connector

Product Overview

The HMSPC Sandwich‑Insulation Wall‑Panel Fixing System connects the outer and inner leaf walls of a sandwich‑insulated wall and accommodates insulation thicknesses from 30 mm to 300 mm. It comprises stainless‑steel support ties and restraint ties that together transfer loads from the outer leaf, forming a non‑composite sandwich wall panel.

Features

Secure connection: The system employs a dual‑fixing method—mesh fabric and adhesive—to firmly bond the insulation layer to the wall, preventing detachment caused by wind, rain, and other environmental factors.

Excellent fire performance: Manufactured from flame‑retardant insulation materials and a fire‑resistant adhesive, the system effectively improves the building’s fire rating.

Easy installation: The system is straightforward to install, requiring minimal specialized skills or equipment, which greatly reduces construction difficulty and cost.

If slab openings affect support arrangement, adjust support positions—while keeping them as symmetrical as possible relative to the outer leaf wall panel's center of gravity (F). The axis intersection of the two support connector sets is the plate centroid (P).

HMSPC-P support connector has one-way bearing capacity; HMSPC-C has two-way capacity and is arranged at the wall panel's centroid (P).
